Ordered from Canada and if you are living in Canada I would not recommend. While the price might seem right upfront, consider that you will also be paying duties and shipping (both which are non-refundable if the product doesn't fit). Based on the sizes provided my Anzazie, and my measurements, I was between an A8 and an A10. Since I resided in Canada and didn't want to lose out on non-refundable shipping and duties, I opted for the larger of the sizes knowing that it would at the very least fit me and that I would need to get some alterations to bring it in and fit properly. My logic was that I would be able to put the money saved on duties/shipping multiple items towards alterations. The dress came in way too large. It took 2 rounds of alterations to fix it and cost close to $100. I reached out to their customer service to see if they could split the alteration cost with me since their sizing was so off, but they said there was nothing they could do. They went further to say that the dresses are made a bit bigger to accommodate people like me who are in between sizes. This would have been an extremely helpful thing to know or include on the product page. They also gave me the more accurate (or as they said "actual)" measurements for this specific dress which I would like to share with you all so that you know what is what:
For the A8, Kaitlynn Dress
bust 37 inches
waist 30 inches
hips 43.25 inches
To conclude, they said I should have ordered the A8 based on my specific measurements- and, had I have had the actual measurements above and not what was provided on the product page, I would have.
I will say that while nothing could be done for me, the customer service team was very prompt in getting back to me and offered me a discount on future orders, which I will not be using.
